How Reef 33 free spins are awarded
There are two main routes to free spins. Reef33 VIP members receive a weekly allowance based on their tier, while ReefSpins promotions can add free spins alongside bonus cash or other rewards. The VIP route starts automatically: every registered player enters the Silver tier from day one, with no separate application.
Table of contents
Your VIP level is reviewed on a monthly cycle. If you move to a new level, that tier and its benefits begin on the first day of the following month. This means your free spin allowance depends on the active VIP tier rather than simply the number of bets made during one session.
| VIP tier | Weekly free spins | Other listed benefits |
|---|---|---|
| Silver | 10 free spins | 1% weekly cashback and a special birthday reward |
| Gold | 30 free spins | 3% weekly cashback, priority withdrawal and exclusive tournaments |
| Platinum | Unlimited free spins | 6% weekly cashback, fastest withdrawal processing and a dedicated account manager |
| Diamond | Unlimited free spins | 10% weekly cashback, a dedicated account manager and a custom bonus package |
Silver is automatic
You do not need to apply for the entry-level VIP tier. Once registered, you start in Silver and can receive 10 free spins per week on selected slot games.
Which games can you use the free spins on?
Reef33 weekly spins apply to selected slot games. The applicable titles are shown in the Bonus section of your account each week, so check there before choosing a game. This keeps the process simple: open the account bonus area, see which slots qualify, then use the spins on one of those titles.
The wider ReefSpins platform has over 2,000 games, including pokies, table games, live casino, crash games, keno, bingo and scratch cards. Free spins are designed for slot or pokies play, rather than roulette, blackjack or other table formats. Popular pokies available across the offering include Kings of Cash, Immortal Romance, Mermaids Millions and Jurassic World.
Some deposit stages also include free spins on selected Pragmatic Play titles. The eligible titles are displayed with the relevant promotion, so use the account information shown at the time rather than assuming every Pragmatic Play slot qualifies.
Reels of Reef gives you another daily spin route
ReefSpins Reels of Reef is a daily spin wheel that can award bonus cash, free spins and Reef Points. Higher tiers can unlock bigger daily rewards. To unlock a reward, you must first meet the eligible deposit criteria connected with the feature.
A reward from the wheel must be activated within 2 days of being awarded. Once activated, it expires after 2 days. That gives you a short window, so it is worth checking the feature regularly and activating a free spin reward only when you expect to have time to use it.
Open Reels of Reef and review the reward available for the day.
Complete the deposit requirement attached to the feature to unlock the reward.
Activate it within 2 days after it is awarded.
The reward expires 2 days after activation, so avoid leaving it unused in your account.
Refer a Mate can add free spins to your rewards
The ReefSpins Refer a Mate promotion can provide free spins as part of the referrer reward. When the person you refer makes a first deposit of at least $30, the reward received within 24 hours includes $20 bonus cash, 20 free spins and 20,000 Reef Points.
The reward changes depending on when the referral milestone is reached. Within 24 to 72 hours, the referrer receives $20 bonus cash and 20 free spins. After more than 72 hours, the reward is $20 bonus cash. Once the referred player makes 10 deposits, the referrer earns another $50 bonus cash.
| Referral milestone | Reward |
|---|---|
| First deposit of at least $30, reward within 24 hours | $20 bonus cash, 20 free spins and 20,000 Reef Points |
| Reward within 24-72 hours | $20 bonus cash and 20 free spins |
| Reward after more than 72 hours | $20 bonus cash |
| Referred player reaches 10 deposits | $50 bonus cash |
Referring 10 mates who each reach 10 deposits earns $100 in real cash. This referral reward can be repeated with no limit. As ever, only refer people who are comfortable with online gambling and understand that real money is involved.
What happens to free spins in the VIP programme?
VIP points are credited automatically with every bet across slots, Live Casino and Sports Betting. They can also be earned through promotions, and VIP Points never expire. The points can be redeemed as free casino credits at any Casino Rewards member casino through the Casino Rewards tab in the Casino Lobby.
The wider Casino Rewards Loyalty Program has six status levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and one higher level. Status is recognised across all 16 Casino Rewards member casinos. Status points are earned through wagering, and reaching a higher level can unlock broader loyalty rewards.
For Reef 33 players, the practical distinction is between the weekly Reef33 free spin allowance and rewards connected with the wider loyalty programme. The weekly allowance is tied to Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond. Other rewards, such as free casino credits, use the Casino Rewards points system.
Tier changes follow a schedule
VIP upgrades activate from the first day of the next month. A VIP level can drop by one tier if its monthly minimum is not met, although Diamond members receive a three-month grace period before a drop.
Free spins on mobile and in your account
ReefSpins is fully optimised for mobile browsers, so you can check your eligible games and reward notices from a phone or tablet. Reef 33 also has an official app available for iOS and Android, with play available across multiple devices using one account.
When checking free spins, look at the account’s Bonus section first. That is where the current selected games are shown for weekly VIP spins. For a daily wheel reward, check its award and activation timing separately, because Reels of Reef uses a 2-day activation period followed by a 2-day expiry period.
- Confirm the free spin quantity and eligible game before playing.
- Check whether the reward needs activation.
- Use daily wheel rewards within their 2-day activation and expiry windows.
- Remember that free spins are for entertainment and do not guarantee a win.
- Only play if you are 18 or over and comfortable with the risk of losing money.
Free spins, withdrawals and account support
ReefSpins supports AUD, USD and Crypto for deposits and withdrawals. The maximum ReefSpins withdrawal is $2,500 AUD per transaction, and the average payout time is 120 hours. Gold VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing, while Platinum members receive the fastest withdrawal processing.
If you need help with Login, Registration or a reward showing in your account, Reef 33 provides 24/7 live chat support, along with email support. Support is available in Bengali and English for Reef33. Casino Rewards also has a dedicated VIP team available 24/7.
Free spins are best treated as a way to extend a session, not as a reason to chase losses. Set a budget before you start, keep your play within that amount and take a break if it stops feeling like entertainment.
